FRAMING HOUSES
The framing houses system represents an accessible way to built a house and to carry in time, being developed on a high rate in USA, CANADA and FRANCE.
This system assures all the confort requests, adapting very easy to all kind of architectural styles : traditional- for the wooden plate, modern- for the exterior thermoisolator plate or futurist for composite materials or flumed spaces.
The main characteristics for this system are the estetical aspect, the optimal use of the wooden material, static and dynamic resistance for earthquakes, because of the reduced own weight and the elasticity of the wood, durability, reduced time for prefabricating and executing the structure, the competitive price and not the last the highly thermical comfort.The framing houses structure is formed by massive square edged wood, having the depth between 40 and 60 mm, width between 70 and 250 mm, and length up to 6 metres, the wood being selected into the same resistance classes, having the maximum humidity 18% . This structure has OSB plates formed by wooden chips, that during the production process allignes in different directions, glueded with organic glue and melaminic resins. Because of these melaminic resins, OSB plates are resistente to humidity.. The filling of the structure will be make with an isolant material with double role purpose : phonical and thermical, using mineral cotton, basaltic cotton, wooden fibres or cellulose, expanded cork, resins cream, sheep wool, materials with different consistency between 12kg/mc and 200 kg/mc. In the interior of structure is applied a protection film against water vapour. It is used because after condens, the thermical isolation will be reduced, and favorise apearence of pathogene agents and mould.
All the wooden structure must be hardened using metal pieces, these starting from the oven treated trace, the panels, the walls and the whole structure above.
The project for a framing house structure with a medium complexity in command is made in approximately 3 days, depending on the commands, but not more than 7 working days.
The projects are highly detailed. They will contain :
- First floor/second floor section, evidenting the stratification
- 3D perspective structure
- Explicite panels with complet quotation
- Execution panel plans
- Plans for foundation traces and control quotation, including diagonals, with metal pieces in need
- First/second floor plans, with the beams disposal and material list
- Roof plan, with the disposal of farmings, beams and material list
- Explicite plans for spatial overwinding for the roof
